NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. –– ( Apr 5, 2018) A New Jersey jury has awarded $37 million at the conclusion of the first phase of a trial against Johnson & Johnson, marking the first time a jury has found for a plaintiff on claims that the defendant’s talcum powder products contained asbestos.
